All orders received before 5:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We currently only accept orders delivered to the United States. International shipments to other regions will be available in the future, and we will update relevant information on our website once applicable.

If your package is lost or damaged, please contact our customer service within 7 days with order details. We will assist in coordinating with the shipping carrier.
